It's 3:30am. A fantastic storm woke me up and a fantastic pain in my ear is keeping me awake. I'm waiting for my pain reliever to kick in so I can sleep. In the meantime, a few questions...
1. How many of you have read Twilight and New Moon? Did you know that Eclipse came out THIS WEEK?
2. Do I have to use a Flickr account for Ravelry?
3. Should I turn in a person that is breaking the law by selling Stampin' Up cards in a retail environment? I have never met this person and don't know whether she is a demonstrator or a customer.
4. Will I ever blog about the American Idol concert?
5. Am I going to be able to fall asleep again tonight?

1. My daughter reads Stephenie Meyer's books and LOVES them. She got to meet the author last year at the National Book Festival (we live right near DC) and she now has autographed copies of the first two books. I had to go at 9am yesterday to get the new book. Suffice it to say, there was no line but I know these books are popular. I have not read them yet.
ReplyDelete2. Yes, get your Flickr account...it is needed for Ravelry.
3. Yes, my ethics would make me turn someone in for doing an illegal act. Plus I like Stampin' Up so I would try and help them. You should "turn them in"..however that is done.
4. Yes, you will blog about AI, just not til you are ready.
5. Yes, you probably fell asleep eventually....to be woken by your wonderful children at way too early an hour. I know mine always woke me up early on nights I had trouble sleeping. Just wait...mine are all teenagers now and I am up earlier than them. And getting them up is torture. It's the reverse of what you have now.
:-)
1) No
ReplyDelete2) Maybe
3) No (Do unto others...)
4) Can I stop you?
5) Yes
How can you sleep with so much to think about?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't turn in a person for selling the cards. Maybe send her an email or something in case she doesn't know it's wrong.
Catherine-I don't know the person that is selling the cards. I think I'm going to contact the store instead and just let them know that this person can sell cards--just not in a retail store. Then they can decide whether or not they want to continue to stock them.
ReplyDeleteI thought maybe it was on ebay or something. I like your idea. That's what I would do to except probably I really wouldn't do anything because I'm lazy today.
ReplyDelete1. Not yet, but with all the buzz, I'd better get on that bandwagon!!
ReplyDelete2.Ummm. ???
3. Yes. Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do. . .or at least get her name and have SU contact her--maybe she just doesn't know the rules.
4. i was just thinking the same question about myself.
5. Yes. (at least that's what I'm hoping for myself. . .that storm was crazy!!)
1. What genre of books are they? I always like to find new authors.
ReplyDelete3. Yes. I like your solution.
5. I hope so.
Janet-they are young adult fiction. Vampires and werewolves and romance collide in an awesome series.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read them but I've heard about them. Meyer is a member. Did you know that??
ReplyDeleteYep, knew it and I think you would love them!
ReplyDeleteCan't really answer any of your questions; don't know what the first four are about and if you fall asleep, it will be just before the kids get up!
