Just Say No to Prozac

Thanks to all of you for the comments! I'm doing MUCH better! Sugar Daddy pulled off the near impossible by finding a babysitter (just one hour before book group) and I was able to attend. I was pleasantly surprised that nobody else had finished the book so it reminded me a lot of my old group where we only discussed the book for about 15 minutes and then just chatted the rest of the time. And, one of the book group members has a blog, too! Check it out here. I'm starting to feel a little more assimilated.

You know what else is making me feel great? I am a mere 4 rows away from binding off the back of the flower jacket. It's going to be such a relief to have that done!

I don't have much else to report at the moment...just wanted to say thanks for the well-wishing comments.

Allena: missionary splits are when the members of the general population of the church go out with the full-time missionaries assigned to our area.

First, what's up with all the spam on blogs lately?! Next, I'm glad you got to go to book club and I'm sorry you are so lonely. If it makes you feel better, I have breakdowns almost weekly. My coping skills with all these kids are stretched to the limit and while I do have family here, they are rarely helpful. When Dave had to meet with the High Council for his new calling I was sure it would be Stake Missionary and I thought I would completely lose it. He's never home as it is, the idea of his doing splits on his one night off sent me into near-hysterics. Fortunately, we were wrong and he's in the Elder's Quorum presidency with Todd Windrix who always asks me if it's convenient before scheduling a meeting.
Anyway, I'm sorry you had a bad day and I'm glad you are feeling better. Dave and I spent the better part of the morning arguing over which one of us is more overwhelmed by the four kids, so I really can relate.
