Thank you, Selena at Progressive. I was pretty bummed this morning when I realized that I was getting charged for our car insurance in two states. But, I called you and you worked it all out for me in less than 5 minutes. You were nice and told me that I would be getting back $204. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
Thank you, bank teller at Tier One Bank on 40th & Normal. You smiled at me and told me good morning. You were quick and when you gave me my receipt, you said, "Have a good day, Christy".
Thank you, Elisa at Walmart. Normally, I hate going into your store. It's always crowded and I'm easily annoyed (those of you that know me right now are laughing because you know how true this is). You probably have Selena and the bank teller to thank for my good mood because even the crowds at Walmart didn't annoy me. Maybe it was because I got a good parking space, too. Anyway, you were super fast, helped me load up my cart and when I left you said, "Have a great day and be careful in that rain.".
Thank you, Eric the deli guy at Walmart. Instead of giving me a skimpy sample of the cajun roast beef, you gave me a big huge chunk. It was yummy so I bought a pound of it. Because of the big sample, you saved me from succumbing to a doughnut urge.
