Lizard Ridge Update

Check out my awesome Lizard Ridge blocks. This is getting to be kind of mindless knitting for me now and I'm loving it. The short row pattern is easy to memorize and is a nice distraction from straight stockinette. I love picking out the skeins to work on based on my mood. The next one in line is an airy blue. It is not the brightest and not the darkest. It is just right.

  2. Wow---those are way way SWEET. I like ALL of them a lot!
So, Sister Provonsha was talking with Doreen last night at Enrichment, so we mentioned that she had been in your ward and Sis. Provonsha was getting the update on you. She was glad to hear that you seem to be doing well. :)

  3. I asked Doreen to say hi to all my peeps in the greater Lafayette area. She said that she would say that I'm awesome. I told them that most of them already know that! ha ha. I'm going to miss Doreen. Be good to her!

Is the Noro scratchy? I have heard that about Noro Kureyeon. Isn't that what you are using?

  5. It isn't the softest yarn in the world, that's for sure! I'm giving up comfort for color. No other yarn I know of can even come close to these kinds of colors and color changes.

Noro's kinda scratchy but you can use Soak afterward to make it softer. Check out my blog for a real lizard...

I agree about the colors. I have never seen any other yarn that has such beautiful color changes. I think the Lizard will be so gorgeous!
I heard a little conditioner, like hair conditioner, can help with Noro's scratch.
