Deserter

I've been deserted. My trainer no longer works at the Y. I don't know the circumstances (whether it was her choice or not) but I have a new trainer. Amy. I meet her next Wednesday. This week has not been the best. Not by choice, but by circumstance. I'm sick. I've been so tired and feeling like puking for a couple of days now. Not good. So, I haven't been to the Y since Tuesday night. Amy told me to wait until Monday before going again. I am feeling a little better tonight--hopeful that a full night's rest will do me good.

Tomorrow morning I go to Caleb's school for a little bit. The teacher thought that would be best after she saw how he was behaving when I was there before Thanksgiving. He was a total spaz. She said he never acts like that when I'm not there. She feels that by having me there a little bit each week it might even help him at home and they can work on his behaviors in a "neutral" environment. Crossing my fingers.

I hope your new trainer is as good as the last one. I am sorry you aren't feeling well. That's the pits! Good luck with Caleb's school!

Why are kids always the worst for their moms? Really, what is the deal with that? We should all have nannies.

Sorry about your trainer. Weird. I hope you like the new one. You're cybercontagious because I'm sick too. Thanks a lot.

Christy, I am sick this week too. As of right now I have lost my voice. I can't go work out till Monday. The thing is, I really want to because I got a new pair of running shoes for Christmas and I want to go and try them out. So far, knock, knock, knock they are super comfy to wear around the house. What kind of shoes did you end up getting?

Good luck with Caleb and his school, and the new trainer.

Sorry you are not feeling well.
Everything is OK is shut down due to the inclement weather. Lisa and I are both at home.
Good luck with Caleb. Kids know what buttons to push with Moms.

Kids know you will love them, so they feel safe enough to behave badly. With outsiders, they don't know what the reaction will be, so they are more careful. Yes, it seems unfair to poor long-suffering parents. Good luck. I'm glad you have such good resources.

I guess the bug-of-the-month is a little nastier than usual this month. I've been sick for 2 weeks. 'Tis the season.... Maybe that means we won't be sick at Christmas.

Children can play their mothers so well. Mine even act different with their dad.

Feel better! I'm crossing my fingers we don't get sick. Its been going around here.
