It's that time of year here in Lincoln. Time for the OU/Nebraska game. I've only lived here since June so I can't claim "Husker" status yet (nor do I think I want to at this time) but I must admit, I wouldn't mind if Nebraska won. Am I cheering for them? NO WAY! But, it's kind of nice knowing that however the game ends up...I won't be fuming mad. With it being a "rebuilding" year for OU, these games aren't as critical as they would be if we were looking at a perfect season. We do have bowl games to think about, though. It looks okay so far. We (the Sooners) scored on the first drive and the score is 7-0. Looking good.

Boomer Sooner indeed! I thought of you and SD often during the game. Nebraska never gave up though, I was impressed (and a little worried at times too).
