5. Go to bed early. I'm not talking about 8pm early. Just early enough that your body will thank you in the morning. I'm shooting for 10:30pm this evening. I'm getting sent an organic pillow to review for my blog so sleeping has been on my mind.

I almost always go to sleep early (before 10 PM). Although, I don't always feel rested in the morning.
