Eleven.

I love the number 11.  It is my favorite.  It could have something to do with the fact that I was born on the 11th (of April).  Or, it could be my love of repeating numbers.

Today is my 11th wedding anniversary.

To keep it real, I'll admit that year 9 was a bear.  Year 10 was all about rebuilding.  I'm looking forward to year 11.  We're off to a good start.

  9. I'm glad I clicked through my reader to your post - those pictures are hilarious! I think by year 9 we had it figured out, but years 1 through 5 were pretty rough. Now we're past year 16, and it's all cake. (ha ha ha...not) :) Happy anniversary!!

  11. Hope you had a great anniversary (since I'm in the packing/moving process, I'm just now reading this on the 11th)!!

We celebrated our 6th anniversary on the 9th of August. Guess what we did to celebrate??? We went to Olive Garden (on a gift card we received for hubby's b-day back in March) and saw Harry Potter at the new big Warren Theater in Moore (from gift cards hubby received as a Christmas gift from my work 12/07).

We splurged on our dinner and got an appetizer, a nice steak meal and a trio plate.

Total date cost = $30 (with tip)

And so far, year 2 was tough, but year 5 was our hardest (wouldn't wish those trials on ANYONE) ...hopefully it will be the worst and the REALLY bad will be behind us for GOOD!!
