I love the number 11. It is my favorite. It could have something to do with the fact that I was born on the 11th (of April). Or, it could be my love of repeating numbers.
Today is my 11th wedding anniversary.
To keep it real, I'll admit that year 9 was a bear. Year 10 was all about rebuilding. I'm looking forward to year 11. We're off to a good start.
*These photos were actually taken last year on our anniversary trip to NYC. This year we're not doing anything so exciting. We'll be celebrating tonight with dinner and a movie (Harry Potter, of course!).
Happy anniversary! Have a great year!
ReplyDeleteCongrats you two crazy kids!
ReplyDeleteYou two crack me up! Happy anniversary!
ReplyDeleteSame way I spent my anniversary. Have fun! Happy Anniversary!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great time celebrating. Wish I could come hang with the kids.
ReplyDeleteYou need to tell baby sister to email me or else!!! We had a metal bff heart split necklace that graced our elementary necks for HEAVEN'S SAKES!!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's your ann-i-ver-sary! Do you remember that song? I can't remember who sings it. But just know- I'm singin' a groovy anniversary song for you.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I clicked through my reader to your post - those pictures are hilarious! I think by year 9 we had it figured out, but years 1 through 5 were pretty rough. Now we're past year 16, and it's all cake. (ha ha ha...not) :) Happy anniversary!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary Christie!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great anniversary (since I'm in the packing/moving process, I'm just now reading this on the 11th)!!
ReplyDeleteWe celebrated our 6th anniversary on the 9th of August. Guess what we did to celebrate??? We went to Olive Garden (on a gift card we received for hubby's b-day back in March) and saw Harry Potter at the new big Warren Theater in Moore (from gift cards hubby received as a Christmas gift from my work 12/07).
We splurged on our dinner and got an appetizer, a nice steak meal and a trio plate.
Total date cost = $30 (with tip)
And so far, year 2 was tough, but year 5 was our hardest (wouldn't wish those trials on ANYONE) ...hopefully it will be the worst and the REALLY bad will be behind us for GOOD!!
